St. Johns Packaging completes acquisition of Amcor Flexibles unit serving UK bakery market
St. Johns Packaging Ltd. (Québec, Canada) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Amcor Flexibles UK Ltd.’s bakery packaging business in Ilkeston, Derbyshire. Centrally located, the facility specializes in printing and wicket bag manufacturing for the UK bakery market.
