St. Johns Packaging Ltd. (Québec, Canada) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Plásticos Uribe (“PU”). Based in Tlaquepaque, a suburb of Guadalajara (Jalisco, Mexico), PU’s a vertically integrated manufacturer of flexible packaging products that are sold to leading CPGs throughout Mexico.
